RISE ADG collaborates with the client and project team to outline project objectives and to prepare a preliminary program of elements to be included in the scope of work.
RISE ADG conducts an analysis of the site to document physical and cultural features that may impact the design. Opportunities and constrains are considered, and guiding principles are determined.
Site Analysis
Master Planning
An on-site workshop is conducted and a definition of the project vision is determined. The master plan is created with all program elements included and the plan services as the guide for further design development
Design Development
Schematic and detail design drawings further the master plan. Each phase examines site specific elements in more detail, establishing design intent, character, materials and spatial relationships. Each phase of drawing assets with further refining budget and developing a set of drawing to transform into construction documentation.
Construction Documents
RISE ADG produces this set of technical drawing which communicates all elements in plan view and three dimensional form for constructing site work.
Implementation
RISE ADG works past the drawing and assists in the final stages of obtaining bids from contractors. We also provide construction observation to ensure consistency of design intent.
